Colourful swimming turtles - Art class in Boyne Island

A workshop in Boyne Island for students in Year 2 this year or above.

This is for students who can follow a structured guided drawing and painting lesson mostly independently.

Students will draw and paint a scene of swimming turtles, learning about warm and cool contrasting colours. They will use an oil pastel resist technique and other materials to create an interesting background for their artwork.

Date: Tuesday 28th September 2021
Time: 1pm to 2.30pm
Cost $35
Location: Castletower Room 2, next to Boyne Island Library, Hayes Street, Boyne Island. When you walk into the building the room is directly in front of you.
Bring: Water bottle and wear casual clothing suitable for art.
