Hiragana and Katakana are in different colours on the puzzle.
Aimed at character recognition and learning the order of the kana.

Suggestions for use:

This puzzle is a bit more challenging, with more areas of the puzzle having just the background and the characters with fewer graphics in between. It is aimed at encouraging students to learn the order of the kana, which will make the completion of the puzzle quicker for them.

When using this puzzle in a small group, students could work in 2 pairs, one pair completing hiragana and the other completing the katakana. Which pair will complete their section first? Make it a challenge!
