Ideas for use:

When using as a group activity, students can use language at their level to communicate in Japanese. Eg: students can have a set number of pieces each and ask each other for pieces eg: Where is the blue robot? 青ロボットどこですか? Ao robotto doko desu ka? Who has the green bear? 緑のクマは誰ですか? Midori no kuma wa dare desu ka?

With appropriate support from the teacher or a vocabulary list, students can also be encouraged to count the images to match the numbers in each column and talk about the images used for each number. eg: Kore wa nan desu ka? Q: これは何ですか?A: Kore wa samurai desu: これはさむらいです。
